Daily Oral Care Routine

  • Brush your teeth twice a day using a fluoride toothpaste (2 minutes each time)

  • Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and replace it every 3–4 months

  • Don’t forget to brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath

  • Floss once daily to clean between teeth where brushing can’t reach
